Performs highly complex administrative support work for the Engineering/Maintenance Group. Work involves providing and coordinating administrative support including disseminating information; developing filing systems; preparing and editing reports and documents; and providing guidance to others. Assist the Maintenance Coordinators on department activities involving but not limited to RAM’s, JDE, Spare Parts Inventory, and Purchasing systems. Works under limited supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Ability to prioritize critical issues for delivery of maintained systems to the mfg. client. Ability to design and manage training for maintenance technicians, calibration technicians, and other technical and non-technical team members. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and document a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Work Environment:
Air-conditioned office environment, some un-air-conditioned areas with some exposure to chemicals, electrical current, fumes, moving parts, and odors.
Physical Demands:
Often required to stand for up to an hour at a time with stooping and bending. Visual acuity and manual dexterity required to perform essential duties; carelessness could result in minor injury. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
